Before you submit
Clear answers.
No small print.
Here is what it covers, how it reaches you and what happens to the information you provide.
What you receive
01.1Is the homepage review really free?+
Yes. You can request one free review per website and you will not be asked for payment details. There is no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
01.2Do you review my entire website?+
No. The free service reviews your homepage only. If you submit the address of another page, we will use the main homepage for the review.
01.3What will the review include?+
It will explain what already feels clear or reassuring, what may confuse a first-time visitor and the small number of changes we think are worth considering first.
01.4Is this a technical or SEO audit?+
No. It is a fresh-eyes review of what a potential customer may notice, understand or find confusing. It does not test code, rankings, accessibility compliance or technical performance.
From submission to inbox
02.1How is my homepage reviewed?+
My Site Reviewed uses automation and artificial intelligence to examine publicly available homepage content from a new customer’s point of view. The result is a practical second opinion, not a claim that a person manually visited your business.
02.2How will I receive the review?+
We will send the finished review to the email address you provide. You do not need to create an account, sign in or return to a dashboard.
02.3How long will it take?+
Most reviews should arrive shortly after a successful submission, although busy periods or an inaccessible website may cause a delay.
02.4What if my website cannot be accessed?+
Some websites block automated access or may be temporarily unavailable. If we cannot examine your homepage, we may be unable to produce a useful review.
Privacy and sensible limits
03.1What information do you use?+
We use the website address and email address you submit. The review considers information that is already publicly visible on your homepage.
03.2Will you send me marketing emails?+
We will use your email address to process and deliver your review. We will not add you to a general marketing list simply because you requested one.
03.3Why is there a limit on free reviews?+
The limit helps keep the service useful and prevents repeated automated submissions. It is currently one free review per website and no more than three websites per email address within 30 days.
03.4Should I make every suggested change?+
No. Treat the review as a second opinion. You know your customers and business best, so consider each suggestion in that context before changing your website.
All we need is your homepage and the email where you want the review sent.
No account. No payment details. No sales call.
